Low Shipping Costs
	Benel has very competitive shipping rates. Benel offers free shipping with orders over €50,- (ex VAT) for parcels within the Netherlands. Smaller orders within the Netherlands are delivered at a flat rate of €5,- (ex VAT) per order. Deliveries to Belgium and Germany are also often free shipping. Delivery from Stock
	Benel guarantees fast deliveries. The Benel warehouse has a delivery capacity of 98%. Products that need to be specially ordered in are an exception and are identified by the grey colored stock indicator.

Benel has its own repair department and is therefore able to provide their customers with expert and timely assistance. Drop Shipment
	Benel’s unique drop shipment service allows you to have your order delivered directly to your customer. 	Benel understands that you may want to take a look at a product before purchasing it. Our showroom is open to the public from 8am until 4.30pm on weekdays and displays many of the products in which we supply.
2 Year Guarantee

	Benel aims to be environmentally conscious and therefore, recycles boxes and filing material, sends invoices digitally and has their products certified with RoHS and WEEE.
Ordering Online / Picking up Offline
	To private individuals, Benel provides the possibility to order a product online and pick it up offline. You as customer can order a product online and choose a pick up location convenient to you using our dealer map. You can collect and pay the order at the desired pick up location.
