The external lenses are protected with ArmorTek coating, this is an ultra-hard coating that protects the lens against scratches and dirt. The XR full multi-coatings provide a very high resolution and optimum light transmission.
The magnesium body with strategically placed rubber protection make this spotting scope is very strong, durable and light.
