Order files by email
Working with XML or XLSX files? You can send your orders directly via email. We process them automatically in our system. Request this service at [email protected]. Please note: this service must be activated first. Email us for a sample XML or XLSX file. Then an IT specialist will contact you.
Download product feed
Easily create a product feed in CSV or XML. You choose which fields to include – from stock to descriptions. After generation, you can download the file, or use the fixed XML link for automatic integration with your webshop.

Explanation of product feed fields
Some fields in the product feed are pretty self-explanatory, but a few need a bit of extra explanation to use them correctly. Below we explain those fields in simple terms, so you can quickly see what should go in them and what the value actually means.
Categories
This field shows the category on our website in which the item is placed.
Short description
This is a short text that summarizes what the product is in just a few words.
Product description
This is the detailed product text with more in-depth information about the item.
Dealer price excl. VAT
This is the standard dealer price of the item, excluding VAT.
Price
This is your invoice price for the item, excluding VAT.
Packaging length
This field shows the length of the packaging.
Packaging width
This field shows the width of the packaging.
Packaging height
This field shows the height of the packaging.
Packaging weight
This field shows the weight of the individual package.
Bulk EAN
This is the EAN code of the outer carton.
Quantity per outer carton
This field shows how many units are in one outer carton.
Outer carton packaging length
This field shows the length of the outer carton.
Outer carton packaging width
This field shows the width of the outer carton.
Outer carton packaging height
This field shows the height of the outer carton.
Outer carton packaging weight
This field shows the total weight of the outer carton.
Large transport surcharge
If an item is longer than 175 cm, it has to be shipped with a different carrier. This results in additional transport costs.
COO
COO stands for Country of Origin, meaning the country the product comes from.
HS code
This is the HS code, also called a tariff code, used for customs and classification purposes.
Stock
This field shows our current stock.
Made to order
This field shows whether an item is available on order from us.
EOL since
If this field is filled, it means the item is no longer available.
Alternative item
This shows the alternative item if the original item is no longer available.
