Send passport photos to your customers in a secure and GDPR compliant way. With Secured Cloud Storage from Pixel Tech, you upload a passport photo with a single click. A print with a QR code and link is then generated automatically. Your customer uploads the passport photo to participating authorities. Your customer can also download the passport photo themselves. Fully GDPR compliant and reliable. You use Secured Cloud Storage in combination with a valid ID Photos Pro license.

Use of Secured Cloud Storage

Many countries offer the option to upload passport photos digitally. This applies to more than forty different documents, including visas and passports. The upload is completed by your customer via the link and QR code shown on the print. For the digital submission of passport photos for the Dutch driving licence, Secured Cloud Storage is not required. However, ID Photos Pro does offer an integration with the RDW via Phocs.

Photos for personal use

Since GDPR legislation came into force, photos may not simply be sent by email. This is because passport photos fall under the category of personal data. In practice, email is not sufficiently secure or reliable. Secured Cloud Storage also provides a solution for this. Using the link on the print you provide to the customer, the customer downloads the photo as a JPG file to a computer.

During office hours, Secured Cloud Storage is activated remotely after we have received your payment. This takes a maximum of two hours.
