Objective Protection Highlights

The included acrylic protection lens covers the objective of the Crossfire CF-RD2 without noticeably affecting light transmission or accuracy. In testing, it withstood multiple hits from 0.20 g airsoft BBs traveling at around 90 m/s (roughly 1 Joule). In real-world use, this provides excellent protection against most direct impacts on the lens during airsoft or paintball games.

Vortex CF-RD2 Airsoft Kit Use

This all-in-one kit is ideal for any airsofter, sport shooter or hunter who wants to safeguard the objective of their Vortex Crossfire red dot in harsher environments. Think of BBs striking the front lens or general field abuse. With the included mounts, you can easily set the sight to the desired height on your Picatinny/Weaver rail. The Vortex Camo Logo Patch attaches quickly via hook-and-loop to clothing, plate carriers or caps (size approx. 5.5 × 4.5 cm).

With the Vortex VIP Warranty (Very Important Promise), you are covered for life. Should your Vortex product become defective, Vortex will repair it. If repair is not possible, they will replace it with a product in perfect working condition of equal or better quality.
