Do you also want to use your iPhone 12 mini to take photos through a spotting scope or binoculars? Then a Kowa Smartphone Digiscoping Adapter is indispensable. You simply connect your Smartphone Digiscoping Adapter with an optional adapter ring to your optic, creating a superior telephoto lens. You combine the high-quality camera and video functions of your smartphone with the power and legendary quality of a Kowa spotting scope or binoculars.
The image is simply displayed on the screen of your smartphone, making it easy to take photos and video of all the beauty you see. It is also possible for several people to watch simultaneously on the screen. Of course, it is still possible to take photos and videos in between.
Place your smartphone in the well-protective adapter and screw on the appropriate adapter ring (sold separately). Then push the adapter ring over the eyepiece of your telescope or binoculars and you are ready to digiscope.
Note: To connect the smartphone digiscoping adapter to a spotting scope eyepiece or binoculars, you need to purchase a suitable adapter ring. Kowa has a wide range of adapter rings in different sizes. These fit most current Kowa spotting scope eyepieces. But also on many other spotting scope brands.
The Kowa RP series smartphone adapter is made of sturdy polycarbonate. The design is slim and streamlined. It still offers a high level of protection for your smartphone.
